Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Processing times for cancellations may vary depending on the stage of order fulfillment, but we strive to accommodate all requests received prior to shipment.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a return. Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are exempt from being returned. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will refund the full amount, including shipping charges. For items purchased during promotional periods, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please have your order number, return tracking information, and any correspondence regarding your return ready when contacting us to expedite the resolution process.
