Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons, but most orders are prepared for shipment within 48 hours. Domestic deliveries typically take 10–15 business days via standard shipping. For international customers, transit times extend to 15–25 business days, depending on customs clearance. Note that unforeseen logistical disruptions (e.g., weather events) may occasionally delay deliveries, though we proactively monitor such cases.

We offer transparent pricing tailored to your order value:

Standard Shipping (10–15 Business Days): $15 for orders under $60.
Free Shipping (10–15 Business Days): Automatically applied to orders totaling $60 or more, with no upper limit.

Expedited shipping options are temporarily unavailable to ensure consistent service quality across all regions.

Shipping Regions

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and over 30 countries worldwide, including Canada, the UK, and EU member nations. Restrictions apply to select destinations due to trade regulations; orders to remote areas (e.g., certain Pacific islands) or embargoed regions will be canceled with a full refund. Customers are encouraged to verify their address eligibility during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. For convenience, log in to your account to access real-time updates or use third-party tracking tools like 17Track for international parcels. Delays in tracking visibility (up to 72 hours post-dispatch) are normal as carriers scan packages into their systems.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Customs & Import Duties
